Gypsy - The crispest Pear Cider ever.
After a heap of research and a bunch of test brewing, we've finally crafted
our first tasty batch of Gypsy - a crystal clear sparkling pear cider.
Gypsy is made from a blend of pears and apples.

Brewer's notes: Sparkling straw color, pear /candy aroma. Gypsy is a
semi-sweet cider with a predominantly pear flavour and vanilla notes.
Medium acidity with a crisp clean finish. Gypsy is a cider worth
travelling for.

James Brown - A Belgian Ale with extra funk.
James (Belgian) Brown is an 8.8% strong Belgian Brown Ale.

Designed as a pallate bender, J.B. is definitely a funky proposition.
Grain fed and fermented with Belgian ale yeast with over a thousand
bucks worth of candy sugar. One batch only and yes it's available
in bottles ('til stock runs out).
Brewer's notes: Aroma - banana, caramel and chocolate. Smooth but
boozey over the pallate with vanilla back notes and a sherry-like finish.
