We are thrilled to welcome our new head chef, Stephen Shaw, to 2 Brothers Brewery! With over 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Shaw brings a wealth of expertise in Modern Australian, French, and Asian fusion cuisine. Having honed his skills across a variety of renowned restaurants in Melbourne, he has developed a keen understanding of these diverse culinary traditions and is passionate about food (and beer)!

As part of Chef Shaw Kitchen, he is excited to join the Two Brothers Brewery family, eager to unveil a fresh new pub-style menu designed to delight beer drinkers and families alike. Come and taste the difference as we embark on this exciting culinary journey together!
