Chef Shaw Kitchen is the result of years spent cooking across Melbourne’s pubs, brasseries and wineries, blending diverse influences into a fresh, flavour‑driven food offering. After years of weekend cooking at 2 Brothers Brewery and a shared passion for pairing great beer with great food, the partnership officially launched in March 2025. Today, our full kitchen team serves seasonal Beerhall favourites and caters all private events, led by owner and head chef Stephen Shaw. From dine‑in dishes to pantry items and catering boxes, everything we make is crafted with care and designed to bring people together.
