Rahona Valley began as a small family vineyard in Red Hill, growing classic cool‑climate varieties suited to the Peninsula’s coastal conditions. Over time they honed a specialty in traditional‑method sparkling wines, staying true to a hands‑on, minimal‑intervention approach. Today they remain proudly independent, crafting elegant, small‑batch wines that reflect their Mornington Peninsula origins.

Penny for Pound is a Melbourne favourite for fresh, small‑batch pastries, croissants and breads, baked throughout the day across their Richmond, Camberwell and Moorabbin stores. We use their products at Chef Shaw Kitchen, delivered fresh daily for all our sandwiches and sliders.
